How do I register/log in?
Registration on K-BID is free and easy. You must become a registered bidder before you can place a bid. The login link is located in the upper right corner of the website. You may log in using either your bidder number or email address, and your password.
Why do I need a Credit Card on file?
In order to place bids on the web site a valid credit card is required. Credit card information is for identity verification only and will NOT be used to pay for invoices (even at the request of the bidder). Registrants will be directed to our credit card processor and credit card information will be stored by the processor. The processor maintains full PCI compliance. K-BID will not have access to your credit card information. An online payment system may be launched in the future but that will be on an opt-in basis only and require separate registration.
New registrants could experience a delay of up to 4 hours before their bidding privileges are activated. This delay allows time for bidder registration information to be reviewed and verified, an important step in ensuring the integrity of the bids placed on K-BID.com.
Why do you need my contact information?
Bidder contact information is used for a variety of purposes — from providing you with distances to auction locations to sending you outbid notifications, winning bidder emails and auction alerts. Maintaining the accuracy of your bidder contact information is important as bidder numbers are turned off if the contact information is found to be inaccurate.
Is my information private?

When you register for a bidder number on K-BID, you are agreeing to the general Terms and Conditions of the website found here. Each auction will have specific Terms and Conditions that you must agree to before placing a bid on that auction.
How do I update my account information?
Once logged in, you can click on the "Account Tab" at any time to update your account information.
