K-BID Transactional text messages are sent from 763-297-2600. If you’re not receiving notifications or updates by text, even though our system shows they were delivered, please try the following steps:
1. Check if the number is blocked
Make sure 763-297-2600 isn’t blocked or filtered in your phone’s message settings. If it is, unblock the number to allow messages to come through.
2. Reply “START” to re-enable messages
If you’ve ever opted out of receiving texts by replying “STOP” (even accidentally), simply text START to 763-297-2600 to begin receiving messages again.
3. Add K-BID to your contacts
Save K-BID – 763-297-2600 as a contact in your phone. This helps ensure messages aren’t filtered or marked as spam.
4. Check with your carrier
Occasionally, mobile carriers may block automated or short code messages. Contact your carrier’s customer support and ask if they can whitelist messages from 763-297-2600.
5. Confirm your settings in K-BID
Log in to your K-BID account and verify that your phone number is correct and that Receive Text Notifications is enabled under your account settings.
