K-BID requires that all bidding accounts have a valid credit card on file and a verified phone number. This helps us confirm identity and ensures we have current contact information for all bidders.
You can check your account status by visiting the Account page on K-BID.com.
A green check mark next to your phone number means your number is verified. VoIP phones will require further verification - please use a cellphone or landline.
Your credit card on file will display the last four digits and the expiration date so you can confirm it is current.
If either item is missing or out of date, you will need to update it before placing bids.
If your card has expired, but the numbers remain the same, you will still need to add it as a new card under Manage Payment Options on your account page. Once added, make the card your default and you can remove the outdated card.
