Website Interruption Notice

At approximately 8:15 PM CST on 2/15, K-BID.com experienced a website interruption that temporarily affected access to the platform. The site has since been fully restored and the issue has been resolved.

This was not a security incident and there is no impact to user data or account information.

To ensure a fair and competitive closing process for all bidders and sellers, the auctions listed below have been reopened and the closing time has been adjusted for today in accordance with our Website Interruption Policy.

Impacted Auctions

Please pay close attention to the auction title and auction details for the updated closing times.

All current high bids have been preserved and bidding will resume at the new scheduled closing times.

Invoices that were generated for these auctions were removed and voided. Any payments that were made will be refunded.

Auctions that fully closed prior to the interruption were not impacted and their results will stand.

Why auctions are extended

A significant percentage of bidding activity occurs in the final minutes of an auction. Adjusting the closing time ensures all bidders have the opportunity to participate under normal closing conditions and supports a fair outcome for both buyers and sellers.

Website Interruption Policy

K-BID is committed to providing a reliable marketplace. If the website becomes inaccessible during an auction closing, the following protocol applies:

Auctions that closed prior to the interruption remain closed and winning bidder invoices are sent.
Auctions in the process of closing are reopened and extended, with the previous high bidder restored to the lead position.
Auctions scheduled to begin closing during the interruption, or within 15 minutes after service is restored, are extended.

In situations not specifically outlined above, K-BID reserves the right to determine how the auction will be handled.
